This session helps you create on paper the ideal birth of your dreams. We’ll discuss birth interventions, locations and anything else you’d like to include or not include in your plan. You’ll be given evidence based information on pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. If you decide to have us serve as your doula, the price of this session will be included in your overall package.

Birth Planning Session

This package empowers mom to fully express her innate ability to navigate and move gracefully through her pregnancy, birth and transition to postpartum. It includes the following:

  • Text/phone/email support

  • Unlimited access to evidence based research and articles regarding pregnancy, birth, postpartum & baby

  • 3 prenatal visits

  • Partner/Couple Session

  • Childbirth Education Session

  • Essential Oil Short Course and Mini-Starter-Kit

  • Assistance with Preparing the Home for New Baby

  • 1-2 Optional Overnight Stays

  • Continuous Labor & Birth Support*

  • 2 postpartum visits

  • NeuroEmotional Technique

  • Up to 3 hours post-delivery support

  • On-call Text & Phone Support at 36 weeks

*Labor/Birth Support includes the presence of your doula at your discretion (between the start of labor and start of birth), providing coaching during early labor through birth, being present at the birth to provide comfort techniques, advocating for your birth plan and serving as a guide as you express your innate wisdom: bringing life into the world.

Wondering what options are available to you to manage pain and your mindset during labor and birth? This is the session for you and your partner. We will teach you the methods you are interested in, to make sure you are prepared for the main event.

I’ve Got This & I Still Need My Doula Package

This package is for those who only want a doula present for the birth, without the extra educational information and other services. It includes:

  • 1 in-person or virtual birth planning session prior to the birth

  • Continuous Birth Support

  • Up to 2 hours post-delivery support

This package provides the bare essentials for you to adapt for this journey of bringing life into the world. It includes the following:

  • Text/phone/email support

  • Unlimited access to evidence based research and articles regarding pregnancy, birth, postpartum & baby

  • 3 prenatal visits

  • Continuous Labor & Birth Support*

  • 1 Postpartum visit

  • NeuroEmotional Technique

Early Adaptations Labor and Birth Package
